challenge & opportunity
Cam Speck, the co-founder of Fitplan contacted Jiro in 2014. He had just been to a seminar on flow states and was excited about this domain of human potential.
Cam- like most people- was hampered by negative self-talk and limited perceptions of himself. He had an exciting vision for his life and company but his ability to execute the vision depended entirely upon his self-belief…. which at that stage was lacking.
In 2018 Landon, the CEO asked for coaching support to develop as a leader. He struggled to express and process his emotions and this was having an impact on the company and staff.
He knew that being the best CEO he could be would require him to communicate at a high level, build trust with people and the skill to persuade investors to invest in the company.
Process
We have 1 on 1 calls weekly, and we meet up in LA twice a year and somewhere else twice a year for off-sites and adventures. Bali and Peru have been our recent destinations.
